Your choices, respected

Cookie Policy

A plain account of the cookies and browser storage CosmoOps Club uses, and why.

Last updated: 5 October 2026

What we use: necessary cookies only

CosmoOps Club sets only the cookies it needs to sign you in and keep your session safe. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, tracking or profiling cookies, and we do not load third-party tracking scripts.

A cookie banner from CosmoOps appears on your first visit so that you can see and choose your settings. It records your choice, so you are not asked again on every page. Optional cookies, if we ever add any, stay off until you accept them.

These cookies cannot be switched off inside the Platform, because signing in does not work without them.

Exactly what is stored

We store only these six items: connect_session, connect_oauth_state, connect_sidenav_collapsed, connect_one_tap, cosmoops_consent and cosmoops_visitor.

How you can control them

You can delete cookies and site data at any time in your browser's settings. Deleting the session cookie signs you out, and you will need to sign in again. Clearing local storage resets the interface preferences above and does nothing else; it also makes the banner appear again.

Use Manage cookie preferences in the footer of any public page to reopen the banner and change your choice at any time. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. If we ever add an optional cookie, such as analytics, it will not load until you agree.

Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023

The session cookie identifies your account, so it is handled as personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You have the right to access, correct and erase your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to raise a grievance. How to use these rights, and how to reach our Grievance Officer, is set out in our Privacy Policy. Our Grievance Redressal page explains the process. You can also write to grievance@cosmoops.com.
